Additionally, Crew Members must present themselves in a complete uniform, maintain eye contact with customers, and communicate positively with both customers and teammates. In this role, Crew Members are responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the food preparation area, equipment, and utensils, as well as ensuring that the lobby, front counter, drive-thru, kitchen, storage areas, and restrooms are kept neat and clean throughout the day. They are also tasked with keeping the parking lot and building exterior free of litter. The job requires a commitment to teamwork, effective communication, and a customer-focused approach, with an emphasis on accountability and dependability. Responsibilities

• Prepares food products according to approved Krystal procedures.
• Adheres to approved Krystal holding times and temperatures.
• Packs all food products in approved Krystal containers, lids, and bags.
• Maintains a high level of hospitality by being dressed in proper uniform and providing great customer service.
• Follows all approved cash handling and security procedures.
• Works well with teammates and accepts coaching from management.
• Communicates positively with customers, teammates, and managers.
• Keeps food preparation area, equipment, and utensils clean and sanitary.
• Maintains cleanliness in lobby, front counter, drive-thru, kitchen, storage areas, and restrooms.
• Keeps parking lot and building exterior clean and free of litter.
