Responsibilities

• Assisting customers through the ordering process while delivering exceptional customer service
• Working a register
• Performing kitchen preparation, including cutting fish/vegetables and mixing sauces
• Checking inventory levels of kitchen goods and supplies
• Promoting a friendly and enjoyable atmosphere to drive store revenue
• Maintaining a clean restaurant
• Executing food safety and restaurant safety standards and equipment maintenance guidelines

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in a restaurant environment
• Must have or obtain a Food Handlers Permit within 10 days of employment
• Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Team-oriented with a positive attitude
