Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Assist in food preparation and maintain cleanliness in the kitchen and dining areas.
• Handle cash register and process transactions accurately.
• Restock supplies such as ketchup, straws, and cups as needed.
• Follow brand standards and guidelines in food preparation and service.
• Work in various positions including drive-thru and kitchen as required.

Requirements

• Solid social skills and ability to interact positively with customers and team members.
• Ability to stand and move for most of the shift.
• Capability to lift up to 25-50 lbs occasionally.
• Willingness to work in various weather conditions, especially at the drive-thru.
