About the position
The Team Member at Dave's Hot Chicken is responsible for various tasks within the restaurant, focusing on guest service, food preparation, and maintaining cleanliness. Responsibilities
- Perform guest service duties including greeting guests and taking orders.
- Prepare food items according to the DHC menu and safety procedures.
- Maintain cleanliness of the restaurant by clearing tables, sweeping, mopping, and sanitizing utensils.
- Handle guest concerns and complaints professionally.
- Work collaboratively with co-workers to ensure efficient service and operations.
- Follow the DHC Training Program to learn new skills and responsibilities.
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members regarding training needs and operational issues.
- Adhere to company policies and performance expectations.
Requirements
- Current student or high school diploma/GED preferred.
- Must be at least 16 years old.
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to stand for long periods and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive attitude and commitment to guest satisfaction.
- Effective communication skills with co-workers and management.
