Responsibilities

• Providing exceptional customer service by greeting guests warmly, answering questions, and ensuring a memorable experience.
• Scooping and serving our world-famous ice cream and other specialty desserts with a smile.
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and inviting shop environment.
• Assisting with inventory management, product stocking, and light food preparation.
• Promoting our brand and sharing your love for Ben & Jerry's with every customer.
