Crew Members will engage with customers, maintain store cleanliness, and uphold the operational standards of Jersey Mike's.

Responsibilities

• Provide food that meets Jersey Mike's specifications and high-quality standards
• Deliver exceptional customer service
• Maintain a clean store and workplace
• Assist in the setup of the store, including food preparation
• Ensure food safety and sanitation, including cleaning and mopping
• Use food preparation equipment, such as slicers, as required
• Follow directives from the General Manager

Requirements

• Customer service skills and ability to interact with customers and co-workers
• Reliable transportation to and from work
• Commitment to company goals and operational standards
