Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service by greeting guests, taking orders, and processing payments efficiently.
• Prepare food items according to established recipes and standards, ensuring quality and presentation.
• Operate kitchen equipment safely and effectively, including fryers, grills, and ovens.
• Maintain cleanliness in the kitchen and dining areas by cleaning surfaces and disposing of waste properly.
• Utilize the Aloha POS system for order entry and payment processing, ensuring accuracy in transactions.
• Demonstrate effective time management skills to handle multiple tasks during peak hours while maintaining quality service.

Requirements

• Previous experience in the food industry or quick service fast food restaurant is great, but not required.
• Basic math skills for handling transactions accurately.
• Strong time management abilities to prioritize tasks effectively in a busy environment.
• Familiarity with kitchen operations, including food preparation and safety protocols.
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while also being self-motivated.
• Excellent communication skills to interact positively with customers and coworkers.
• Willingness to learn new skills, including operating the Aloha POS system and food handling techniques.
