About the position
We are seeking dedicated Crew Members to join our team in a fast-paced environment. As a Crew Member, you will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting and assisting customers
- Prepare and serve food and beverages in accordance with company standards
- Maintain a clean and sanitized work area
- Handle cash transactions accurately
- Upsell products and promotions to customers
- Follow food safety protocols at all times
Requirements
- Experience in quick-service fast-food restaurants, grocery stores, or similar environments is preferred
- Knowledge of basic math and retail math for handling transactions
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
- Familiarity with food service operations and food safety guidelines
- Ability to work in a team environment and communicate effectively with colleagues and customers
