About The Position

Parker Wellbore is seeking a Crew Pusher (Casing Running Technician III) to join our team in Odessa, TX. This position is crucial for the safe and professional operation of casing running equipment at various rig and field sites. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling and operating a variety of casing running tools, including power tongs, elevators, power slips, control panels, and hydraulic power units. The role requires a strong commitment to safety and professionalism, as the technician will be representing Quail Services while working closely with rig personnel, customers, and other team members. The Crew Pusher will be expected to rig up, run, and rig down various components on a drilling rig, ensuring that all operations are conducted in a safe manner. Clear and professional communication is essential, as the technician will need to report any operational issues to the TRS Lead and make recommendations for safe job execution. Attendance at all customer and Parker QHSSE&T meetings is mandatory, as is participation in safety training and medical checks. The technician will be accountable for the safe operation of all Quail Services equipment and will be expected to perform other tasks as requested by the TRS Lead or Field Service Supervisor. This position requires a detail-oriented individual who can work both independently and as part of a team. The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical aptitude, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to adapt to changing work environments. A high school diploma or GED is preferred, along with at least 8 years of experience in mechanical, electronic, and hydraulic applications or similar operations. A valid driver's license is required, and a Class A CDL is preferred. The technician must possess a working knowledge of tubular handling equipment and be able to operate hand tools and hydraulically activated equipment effectively.
