About the position

You will provide scheduling support to Pilots and Flight Attendants, ensuring that all legalities and compliance measures are met. The position involves utilizing multiple computer programs simultaneously while managing a high volume of phone calls, making it crucial to have strong communication skills and the ability to problem-solve efficiently. In this role, you will be expected to monitor and ensure compliance with crewmember legalities, make calls to crew members to notify them of schedule changes, and communicate with other departments to facilitate an efficient operation. SkyWest offers a competitive training wage of $16.50 per hour, which increases to $19.00 per hour after completing classroom and on-desk training, typically lasting around seven months. Additionally, the scheduling structure allows for four 10-hour shifts with three consecutive days off, providing a unique work-life balance. Shift trade flexibility is also available, allowing you to manage your schedule effectively.
