About the position
Join us for a great full-time, part-time, or summer job! We are looking for dependable and hard-working crew members to join our team. As a member of our Crew Team, you will connect with customers to ensure they have a positive experience, help them order their favorite McDonald's meals, prepare all of McDonald's World Famous food, partner with other crew and managers to meet daily goals, and keep the restaurant looking fantastic. We will teach you everything you need to know, so all you need is an outstanding attitude, a willingness to learn and grow, and the capability to excel in a fast-paced, team environment. You must be 16 years of age or older to work as a Crew Member at McDonald's.
Responsibilities
- Connect with customers to ensure they have a positive experience
- Help customers order their favorite McDonald's meals
- Prepare all of McDonald's World Famous food
