Your ability to multitask will be essential as you greet guests, check tickets, and assist with various duties throughout the theatre. You will also be expected to demonstrate effective sales techniques, ensuring that guests are informed about loyalty programs and upselling opportunities. Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and safety of the theatre, performing custodial duties, and ensuring compliance with AMC's Business Practice Standards. This position requires a commitment to teamwork and a willingness to assist with other Crew functions as directed. Responsibilities

• Exhibit excellent guest service skills.
• Present a calm demeanor that deters disruptive conduct and encourages positive interactions with guests.
• Answer guest questions courteously and accurately or direct them to the appropriate resource.
• Work effectively with supervisors and co-workers.
• Multitask effectively, including greeting guests, tearing and scanning tickets, checking IDs, and answering questions.
• Demonstrate effective sales techniques by meeting expectations for loyalty card sales and upselling.
• Complete transactions accurately and thank guests after each interaction.
• Ensure the security of all cash, receipts, and tickets.
• Enforce the movie ratings system courteously and effectively.
• Distribute and maintain Assisted Moviegoing Equipment.
• Clean and maintain the theatre's interior and exterior areas, including auditoriums and restrooms.
• Perform nightly custodial duties as necessary.
• Control access to the theatre and monitor auditoriums for quality and audience behavior.
• Perform daily stocking and maintenance duties.
• Follow all safety procedures and instructions for chemical use.
• Maintain regular attendance for all scheduled shifts.
• Assist with other Crew functions and perform other duties as directed.

Requirements

• Ability to stand, walk, lift, twist, and bend frequently.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and carry it up to 90 feet.
