The Crew Person at Carl's Jr. is responsible for providing excellent guest service, preparing quality food products, and maintaining a clean and safe restaurant environment. Responsibilities

• Provide a positive guest service experience and ensure total guest satisfaction.
• Prepare and deliver quality food products according to menu standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the restaurant and workstations.
• Follow food safety, handling, and sanitation procedures to ensure health and safety.
• Participate in training programs to improve skills and performance.
• Support restaurant management by following guidelines for food and cash controls.

Requirements

• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• High school enrollment or diploma/GED preferred.
• Good verbal and written communication skills; bilingual skills are a plus.
• Reliable transportation to work and a method of communication with the restaurant.
