About the position

The Territory Sales Manager (TSM) at Delphos Wireless is a leadership role focused on driving sales performance and enhancing customer service across multiple retail locations. The TSM will guide and develop a team of Retail Sales Consultants and Store Managers, ensuring they meet sales targets while fostering a culture of customer satisfaction and loyalty. This position involves operational oversight, team training, and strategic analysis to optimize sales processes and achieve company objectives.

Responsibilities

• Lead the area to achieve sales targets and KPIs, ensuring sales, profit, and strategic objectives are met.
• Maintain excellence in customer service across all locations to ensure high retention and loyalty.
• Regularly audit operational practices including inventory and cash management across all managed locations.
• Identify and implement enhancements in the sales process, collaborating with management to refine practices for superior sales quality and efficiency.
• Recruit, hire, and onboard new team members; coach existing staff in sales techniques and product knowledge.
• Approve timecards and manage team schedules, perform weekly huddles, and utilize teams for communication.
• Communicate and ensure accurate and timely reporting of sales data; analyze reports to guide strategic decisions and operational adjustments.
• Initiate marketing efforts to support sales goals and ensure consistent implementation of company strategies and community involvement.
• Oversee the distribution of technology, support, and training resources within the sales team to optimize effectiveness.

Requirements

• 5 or more years of Senior Multi-Unit Management Experience
• 5 or more years in Retail or Customer Service Experience
• Strong Organization, People Development, Problem Solving, and Analytical Skills
• Experienced in Google Sheets/Docs
• Bachelor's degree (Preferred)
