About the position

Do you have a passion for supporting youth's mental health? So do we, join our Ventura COMPASS Program as a Crisis Clinician! The Crisis Clinician is a crucial part of our multidisciplinary team that guides the treatment of adolescents in our program. The Crisis Clinician assesses youth when they arrive at the program, develops individualized treatment plans, provides individual and family therapy, and supports youth in their stabilization to return home.
