About the position

As the Therapy Services Manager at our Critical Access Hospital, you will be responsible for leading a dynamic team dedicated to providing exceptional therapy services. This role is pivotal in developing and overseeing the day-to-day operations of the hospital's therapy services, ensuring that we deliver the highest quality of care to our patients. You will report directly to the Director of Rehabilitation and will be instrumental in managing a talented group of professionals. In this position, you will oversee the daily operations of the therapy services department, ensuring that all services are delivered efficiently and effectively. Building and maintaining strong relationships with community partners and stakeholders will also be a key aspect of your role, as you work to enhance the hospital's presence and impact within the community. Requirements

  • Strong personnel management and communication skills with the ability to motivate and influence clinical teams.
  • In-depth knowledge of therapy services and best practices.
  • Ability to analyze complex situations and develop effective solutions.
  • Experience in building and maintaining professional relationships within the community.
