The Critical Care Intensivist position at TriStar Skyline Medical Center involves providing high-quality care in a busy medical and neuro ICU setting. The role requires a full-time commitment with 15 shifts per month, focusing on managing a high acuity patient population alongside a team of medical professionals. Responsibilities

• Provide critical care to patients in a 31-bed medical ICU and a 16-bed Neuro ICU.
• Collaborate with a team of 2 MDs and 2 APPs during the day and 1 MD and 1 APP at night.
• Manage high acuity patient cases effectively.
• Participate in team building strategies and implement best practice protocols in the ICU.
• Contribute to the overall delivery of hospital-wide critical care services.

Requirements

• Must be critical care board eligible or board certified.
• Tennessee licensure or ability to obtain.
• Ability to work full-time, covering 15 shifts per month.
• Experience in managing high acuity patients.
