  • Operating, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing building equipment related to efficient building operations.
  • Supporting the property maintenance team and addressing customer service requests.
  • Assisting with construction projects and special setups for events.
  • Completing JLL compliance program documentation and ensuring compliance at account locations.
  • Maintaining good tenant relations through prompt responses to tenant requests.
  • Performing predictive and preventative maintenance routines as directed.
  • Assisting contractors and ensuring safety and compliance of contracted services.
  • Maintaining and repairing locks, doors, and building fire life safety systems.
  • Repairing electrical components including breakers, switches, and lights.
  • Repairing plumbing components such as toilets, sinks, and water heaters.
  • Performing general handyman tasks to maintain buildings.
  • Preparing, priming, and painting building surfaces.
  • 5 - 7 years of construction or building engineering related experience.
  • Trade or Maintenance License preferred.
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent.
  • Experience with various types of hand tools and diagnostic equipment.
  • Physically able to operate electric hand tools and lift up to 70 pounds.
  • Ability to work in close spaces and on roofs of buildings.
  • Strong problem diagnosis and decision-making skills.
  • Proven safety record and compliance with safe work practices.
  • Ability to interpret engineering drawings and equipment manuals.
  • CFC Universal Refrigerant Certification.
  • Proficient computer skills including email, Word, and Excel.
  • Exposure to a CMMS system, such as Corrigo, is a plus.
