Boasting a rich history of 11 years, we have established ourselves as a powerhouse in delivering a multifaceted range of services, predominantly in the education sector. The CRM Administrator and Digital Operations Specialist will be responsible for the day-to-day management, maintenance, and improvement of our CRM system, Zoho One, as well as the integration and optimization of various digital marketing and operations platforms between client systems. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the CRM system and other critical digital tools support business objectives and improve customer relationships. Key Responsibilities include maintaining the company's CRM system, Zoho One, ensuring it is up-to-date, secure, and performing optimally. You will monitor system performance, identify issues, and implement necessary fixes or enhancements. Data management is crucial, as you will ensure data integrity and accuracy within the CRM system and across integrated platforms, performing regular data audits and cleanups to remove duplicates, update records, and maintain high-quality data. You will also manage data imports, exports, and integrations with other systems. User support and training are essential aspects of this role. You will provide support to CRM and digital tool users, addressing questions, troubleshooting issues, and offering best practice advice. Additionally, you will develop and deliver training sessions for new users and ongoing training for existing users to maximize utilization of the CRM and other critical digital platforms as needed. Customization, configuration, and integration of the CRM system to meet the specific needs of the organization will be part of your responsibilities. You will create and manage fields, forms, workflows, reports, and dashboards to support business processes, ensuring seamless integration of the CRM system with other business applications, including other CRM clients, like Salesforce, and client-managed digital marketing platforms, Google Analytics, Meta Business Manager, WordPress, and others. Implementing automation to streamline business processes and improve efficiency across the digital ecosystem will also be a key focus. Finally, you will identify opportunities to optimize CRM and digital operations processes and workflows, developing and implementing best practices for CRM and digital tool usage across the organization. Monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of CRM and digital processes, making recommendations for improvement, will be part of your ongoing responsibilities.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a CRM Administrator or in a similar role.
  • Experience with Zoho One, Salesforce, and digital marketing platforms is a must.
  • Strong understanding of data management principles and practices.
  • Proficient in integrating and managing various digital marketing and operations platforms (e.g., WordPress, Google Analytics, Meta Business Manager, and others).
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
