The CRM Administrator and Service Delivery Lead at the University of Maine System is a full-time role focused on implementing, maintaining, and optimizing the Salesforce CRM and Marketing Cloud instance across the university's campuses. The role also includes overseeing a small team of analysts dedicated to supporting Salesforce and Marketing Cloud tools.

Responsibilities

  • Implement and optimize the system-wide Salesforce CRM and Marketing Cloud instance.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders across campuses to provide scalable solutions.
  • Maintain system security and integrity while verifying data quality.
  • Provide user training and support for the Salesforce platform.
  • Write process documentation and manage reports/dashboards.
  • Oversee and supervise a small team of analysts supporting Salesforce and Marketing Cloud tools.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a closely related field.
  • Three years of experience with enterprise systems administration and development in a higher education environment.
  • Salesforce certifications: Platform App Builder, Administrator, and Platform Developer I.
