About the position

The CRM Intern position at Carlisle Construction Materials LLC (CCM) is designed for students pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Systems, or a related field. This internship will provide hands-on experience in managing CRM Salesforce data, ensuring quality, security, and usability, while also engaging in Quality Assurance Testing. Interns will collaborate with various teams to implement data governance frameworks and contribute to the overall Salesforce Sales and Marketing Vision of the organization.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with data owners to define data standards, data quality metrics, and data lifecycle management practices.
• Monitor and report on data quality and governance metrics.
• Perform functional, integration, regression, and performance testing on data management systems.
• Identify, document, and track defects, and work with development teams to resolve issues.
• Validate data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across different systems and applications.
• Work closely with CRM team, data management, and business teams to understand data requirements and ensure alignment with data governance policies.
• Conduct QA Testing of various Programs and Processes in Salesforce and provide detailed feedback to the CRM Technical Team for evaluation and resolution.
• Participate in team meetings and brainstorming sessions.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Eagerness and willingness to learn new concepts and stretch outside your comfort zone.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Nice-to-haves

• Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Microsoft Dynamics) is a plus.
