About the position

The CRM and Lifecycle Marketing Specialist at Lighthouse Credit Union is responsible for enhancing member engagement through effective customer relationship management strategies and personalized marketing campaigns. This role leverages Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Data Cloud to optimize member experiences, refine audience segmentation, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive organizational growth. The specialist will manage multichannel campaigns, analyze data for insights, and implement lifecycle marketing programs to support member acquisition, onboarding, and retention.

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrates proficiency with marketing automation tools and customer data platforms, particularly Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Data Cloud.
  • Manages the Salesforce Marketing Cloud to ensure data integrity and effective segmentation for targeted campaigns.
  • Develops and executes multichannel campaigns (email, SMS, in-app) that support member acquisition, onboarding, and retention.
  • Designs and implements lifecycle marketing programs to engage members at key touchpoints, driving growth and reducing churn.
  • Optimizes communication flows based on data insights and campaign performance metrics.
  • Utilizes Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Data Cloud to analyze existing member data and uncover new audience segments for acquisition.
  • Develops strategies to target high-value prospects and integrate these findings into ongoing marketing campaigns.
  • Partners with Brand Management team to build data models that identify key traits of potential members.
  • Works closely with cross-functional team to align campaigns with organizational goals and insights.
  • Analyzes campaign results to provide actionable recommendations, including audience refinement and message optimization.
  • Stays informed on emerging trends in CRM, lifecycle marketing, and acquisition strategies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Technology, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in CRM, email marketing, or lifecycle marketing.
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Data Cloud is required.
  • Expertise in A/B testing, campaign analytics, and audience segmentation.
  • Familiarity with financial services marketing is a plus but not required.
  • Experience in building collaborative relationships.
