About the position

The CRM and Onboarding Specialist at Siemens Healthineers is responsible for managing the customer onboarding process and optimizing the company's CRM system. This role serves as the single point of contact for customers during the onboarding process, ensuring timely and efficient implementation. Additionally, the specialist supports field sales by managing quote requests and opportunities, streamlining processes, and maintaining data integrity within the CRM system.

Responsibilities

• Manage onboarding projects to be completed within the required timelines.
• Keep all systems updated with the necessary data and keep internal stakeholders aware of the current timelines.
• Understand the onboarding process and ensure all documents are collected.
• Provide system administration support to field sales, particularly related to opportunity and quote management.
• Create, manage, and optimize complex workflow rules to improve release times.
• Responsible for progress reports, status meetings, and other communications with internal corporate teams.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for field sales CRM and customers with the collection of forms and documents.
• Identify, manage, and escalate issues that may arise during CRM and onboarding management.
• Organize and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced unpredictable environment.

Requirements

• High School Degree or Equivalent
• 1 to 3 years in CRM and other corporate experience with demonstrated competence.
• Client Onboarding Experience: 1-2+ years experience preferred.
• Customer Support Experience: 2+ years experience preferred.
