About the position

The CRM/Billing Systems Implementation Specialist will be instrumental in transitioning data from existing systems to a new CRM and billing system, enhancing operational efficiency and customer interactions. This role involves data migration, system integration, and employee training to ensure effective use of the new system.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and define project scope.
  • Extract and migrate data from existing platforms (iCloud, Access, SharePoint, and Monday) to Method.
  • Integrate Method with QuickBooks to ensure seamless billing and reporting processes.
  • Develop and implement best practices for the use of the new system.
  • Create user documentation and training materials.
  • Conduct training sessions for employees on the upgraded system.
  • Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting during the implementation phase.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in implementing CRM and billing systems, preferably Method.
  • Knowledge of QuickBooks and integration with CRM systems.
  • Proficient in data migration and management across various platforms.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to train and support users effectively.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
