About the position

The CRM Business Systems Analyst I-IV role at Medical Mutual serves as a critical interface between business needs and information technology solutions. This position encompasses various levels of responsibility, from capturing business requirements and shaping solutions to leading project teams and ensuring successful implementation of systems that meet organizational needs. Analysts at different levels are expected to engage in project management, documentation, testing, and continuous education, contributing to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the company's operations.

Responsibilities

• Captures business needs and shapes requirements through dialogue with business partners and IT.
• Assists in the development of the business case and project estimates for the proposed solution.
• Supports the development of documentation of solutions and verifies against user requirements.
• Leads the testing, implementation, and training phases of systems projects.
• Provides project management support as needed.
• Engages in continuous education and staff development.
• Research alternative solutions, develops documentation of solutions and verifies against user requirements.
• Coordinates design reviews and walkthroughs to communicate systems designs and validate proposed solutions.
• Creation and maintenance of end-to-end automation of deployment, monitoring, and infrastructure management.
• Build and configure delivery environments to support SDLC processes.
• Develop custom scripts to increase system efficiency and lower the human intervention time on any tasks.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, business or related field.
• 2 years experience as a business analyst for Business Systems Analyst II.
• 5 years experience as a business analyst for Business Systems Analyst III.
• 6 years experience as a business analyst for Business Systems Analyst IV.
• 1 year of experience in project management for Business Systems Analyst III.
• 2 years of experience in project management for Business Systems Analyst IV.
• Strong technical writing skills.
• Advanced understanding of the systems development life cycle.
• CRM experience preferred.
