About the position

We are looking for a CRM Data Analyst to join our team in PLANO, Texas on a contract-to-hire basis. In the retail industry, this role will involve a blend of technical and analytical skills to contribute effectively to customer data insights and statistical projects. This role offers a contract to hire employment opportunity, providing scope for growth and development. The position is 100% ONSITE in Plano, TX. As a Customer Relationship Management Data Analyst, you will be responsible for processing, strategizing, and executing daily, weekly, and monthly marketing programs and campaigns using the Siebel Campaign tool and internal database systems. You will utilize SQL/PLSQL to identify data sources, design, and create data products for precise customer targeting and export formatted data to integrate into Salesforce, Siebel, and Web reports. You will actively participate in meetings to gather requirements and provide business solutions in conjunction with data analysis. Your insights on customer segment priorities, channel effectiveness, and migration patterns will help define the proper channel opportunity mix. Additionally, you will develop new processes for building file templates for import into Salesforce for the SMS channel and make necessary modifications as needed. Establishing campaign management metrics and developing best practices will be part of your responsibilities. You will collaborate with Marketing, IT, and Modeling teams to implement monthly campaign strategies and resolve complex campaign problems or develop new program/campaign processes to support new campaign strategies. Furthermore, you will launch new businesses onto the Siebel platform, including design, requirements gathering, testing, and implementation. Deriving business insights from large data sets and communicating relevant findings and associated risks with assistance from management will be crucial. You will conduct ad hoc analysis in support of CRM and marketing initiatives using business objects and participate in strategic development teams to enhance the current customer contact strategy. As the subject matter expert for Sales Force, you will perform additional duties as required.

Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Must have a minimum of 3 years' experience in a CRM Data Analyst role or similar position.
  • Strong knowledge and practical experience with CRM systems is essential.
  • Proficiency in using Snowflake and Oracle databases is required.
  • Experience in Marketing Analytics is a must.
  • Advanced skills in Excel Formulas for data analysis and reporting are necessary.
  • Familiarity with Business Systems and their integration with CRM systems.
  • Excellent analytical skills to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable strategies.
  • Strong communication skills to effectively present findings to team members and stakeholders.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Statistics, or related field is preferred.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
