The CRM Database Analyst I will play a crucial role within our Sales and Marketing Team, managing our Zoho customer relationship management (CRM) database, which is central to our sales system and a significant driver of our growth. In this position, you will interact with Sales and Business Development leaders, as well as our software platform developer. You will also collaborate with CoStar, the world's largest commercial real estate information source, to identify new lead opportunities across our commercial markets. As the in-house champion and primary owner of the Zoho database, you will establish company standards for Zoho and ensure compliance and completeness of the database. Your responsibilities will include troubleshooting and implementing new or improved features in collaboration with our IT team, data mining CoStar by targeted zip codes, and comparing CoStar data with our in-house Zoho data to discover new prospects and update existing records. Additionally, you will develop and disseminate custom reports for the sales team, marketing, and senior leadership as requested, and train others to build custom reports. This entry-level role is designed to grow over time, providing opportunities for professional development and skill enhancement.

Responsibilities

• Manage the Zoho customer relationship management (CRM) database.
• Establish company standards for Zoho and ensure compliance and completeness of the database.
• Troubleshoot and implement new or improved features in collaboration with the IT team.
• Data mine CoStar by targeted zip codes to discover new prospects.
• Compare CoStar data with in-house Zoho data to update existing records.
• Develop and disseminate custom reports for the sales team, marketing, and senior leadership.
• Train others to build custom reports.

Requirements

• Pursuing or completed a degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, Information Technology, or extensive experience using CRM software.
• Understanding of CRM software and database organization.
• Advanced skill in Microsoft Excel and working with spreadsheets.
• Excellent computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
