Responsibilities

  • Participate on project teams to design, configure, develop, test, and release applications/components according to business and architectural requirements.
  • Engage in operational support and maintenance of the CRM ecosystem, addressing incidents, service requests, defects, and enhancements.
  • Consult on software upgrades, release updates, and service improvement initiatives.
  • Invest time in learning and enhancing skills related to Salesforce and Marketing Cloud technologies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related fields, or equivalent work experience.
  • 8+ years of custom development experience with Salesforce products, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Analytics Cloud.
  • Experience with object-oriented design, preferably in Java, and advanced web development skills.
  • Demonstrated expertise in managing large projects with full life cycle experience in Salesforce implementations.

Nice-to-haves

  • Working knowledge of Salesforce development best practices and design patterns in the Lightning platform.
  • Experience with development tools such as VSCode, Git, and Salesforce-specific tools like Data Loader and Workbench.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce APIs and Web Services integrations.
  • Understanding of cross-channel customer engagement strategies.
