FullSpeed Automotive is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented CRM & Email Marketing Automation Manager to bolster our team. In this pivotal role, you will be the expert behind our CRM system, crafting compelling email campaigns and ensuring customer journeys are established and enhanced for optimal performance. This critical role requires a strategic thinker with extensive experience in email marketing, able to develop and oversee tactics that support FSA's CRM programs. You will manage the creation and deployment of diverse email and mobile campaigns, ensuring they meet our goals and deliver outstanding customer experiences. As a Manager, you will collaborate with internal partners, driving the development and execution of the CRM. You will ensure rigorous quality assurance across all campaigns. To succeed in this role, you must have a comprehensive understanding of all essential email marketing components, including template design, copywriting, and overall channel best practices. Collaborating closely with our marketing, brand, and operations divisions, you'll be the key player in synchronizing our marketing automation efforts with the defined customer journey. Essential Duties include working as the expert within FSA to implement all multichannel marketing campaigns (email, DM, mobile), driving sales, additional services, and brand engagement. You will serve as a key partner and resource expert for corporate marketing and franchise partners to ensure integration of CRM into overall marketing strategy and traditional marketing plans. Continually building relationships with all partners and consumers of the CRM functional area is crucial to ensure CRM is at the forefront of everyone's agenda and solidly defined/interwoven into their planning. You will need to understand complex CRM systems/data and effectively translate this knowledge into solutions that automate processes and increase our ability to dynamically personalize customer and prospect communications. Identifying opportunities and/or data elements to enhance the FSA enterprise data warehouse and working closely with the IT and analytics groups on integration and integrity will be part of your responsibilities. You will establish CRM program benchmarks, summarize performance, and recommend/implement actions to improve key metrics for all CRM programs. Additionally, leading email campaign strategy, optimization, and test/control best practices will be essential. You will also be responsible for developing database marketing campaign segmentation based on customer type/persona, transactional history, behavior, and demographics that align with the overall CRM customer life cycle strategies. Reporting metrics and dashboards monthly and communicating results to internal CRM stakeholders will be part of your role, along with performing ad hoc campaign analysis and database querying as needed.
