About the position

The CRM Director/Salesforce Director role is focused on leading the CRM strategy for a banking institution, specifically within the BFSI sector. This position requires a strong technical background in Salesforce, particularly the Financial Services Cloud (FSC), and involves overseeing the implementation and optimization of CRM solutions to enhance customer experience and drive business growth. The role also emphasizes team management, stakeholder collaboration, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the CRM strategy aligned with the bank's overall business objectives.
  • Oversee the implementation and optimization of Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC).
  • Utilize data analytics and customer insights to improve customer engagement and satisfaction.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing CRM team.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to align CRM initiatives with business goals.
  • Ensure seamless integration of CRM systems with other technology platforms.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and data security standards.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in CRM management, focusing on the BFSI sector.
  • Proven experience with Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC) implementation and management.
  • Experience managing Salesforce orgs integrated with other managed packages like Terafina, nCino, etc.
  • Knowledge of MuleSoft is an added advantage.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
