About the position

The CRM Dynamics 365 Application Developer II is responsible for designing, coding, testing, and analyzing software programs and applications throughout the production lifecycle. This role involves working with Microsoft Power Platform and Dynamics 365 to meet business requirements, ensuring software performance, and collaborating with various stakeholders to resolve software issues. The developer will also engage in Agile methodologies and maintain technical documentation related to Microsoft Dynamics implementations.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze, design, code, and test software according to functional/technical specifications.
  • Run and monitor software performance tests to correct errors and improve software.
  • Administer critical analysis of test results and deliver solutions to problem areas.
  • Assist in software deployment based on build specifications.
  • Liaise with network administrators, systems analysts, and software engineers to resolve software issues.
  • Perform technical code reviews to ensure adherence to coding methodologies.
  • Develop and maintain technical architectures, documentation, frameworks, and strategies for Microsoft Dynamics implementations.
  • Work within Agile Software Development methodologies.
  • Triage and manage incident management requests.
  • Maintain an understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC), CI/CD, and configuration management.
  • Set day-to-day objectives and deliver job responsibilities that may vary outside typical norms.
  • Hands-on experience deploying Microsoft Power Platform solutions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science in computer science or software engineering or equivalent experience.
  • 7-8 years of technical experience with Dynamics 365/CRM CE Modules.
  • 5+ years of experience developing Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE, Web Services, REST/OData APIs.
  • Experience in integrated development environments and software troubleshooting.
  • Knowledge of Agile, Test-Driven Development, and Waterfall methodologies.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with excellent written and verbal communication.

Nice-to-haves

  • HealthCare experience is preferred.
  • Certifications in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE and Microsoft Power Platform.
