About the position

The CRM Enablement Manager, B2B is a key role within the Marketing and Customer Experience organization, responsible for leading the enablement of Salesforce CRM capabilities across various B2B lines of business. This position involves collaboration with business leaders and technology teams to develop and implement Salesforce solutions that align with business objectives, ensuring maximum value delivery. The role also includes managing the product backlog, prioritizing user stories, and providing training and support to users.

Responsibilities

  • Create, maintain, and prioritize the product backlog.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to gather and document requirements.
  • Translate business requirements into user stories for the development team.
  • Demonstrate functional delivery to business proponents.
  • Collaborate with the Scrum Master to plan sprints.
  • Ensure that all Salesforce implementations meet quality standards and are delivered on time.
  • Coordinate and provide training to users on new features and functionalities within Salesforce.
  • Provide end user support and education for any issues that arise.
  • Identify areas for improvement within the Salesforce platform and recommend enhancements.
  • Oversee the creation of reports and dashboards within Salesforce.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in MIS, Marketing, Computer Science or a related field or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum seven years of demonstrated experience in a relevant field.
  • Banking/financial services experience strongly preferred.
  • Salesforce CRM (Sales/Service Clouds, Marketing Cloud) certified Admin and/or Product Owner preferred.

Nice-to-haves

  • Knowledge of Salesforce Data Cloud, D&B Hoovers, RevUp ABX.
  • Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Journey Builder.
  • Familiarity with traditional and agile project management methodologies.
  • Domain knowledge related to consumer and commercial banking.
