About the position
The CRM Functional Analyst at Caleres is a pivotal role that combines technical expertise with business acumen to enhance the capabilities of the Epicor Aptos CRM system. This position involves collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure the CRM platform supports the company's marketing efforts and operational efficiency. The analyst will monitor the production environment, troubleshoot issues, and maintain seamless data flows, all while documenting processes and serving as a subject matter expert in CRM functionalities.
Responsibilities
- Partner with business and IT stakeholders to enable Epicor Aptos CRM's capabilities.
- Monitor the production environment to ensure peak season readiness for the CRM platform.
- Troubleshoot and correct data issues within the CRM system.
- Serve as a CRM solution expert, supporting the Marketing and IT teams.
- Manage domain-specific work streams to ensure functional areas work seamlessly together.
- Provide documentation for functional flows and application processes.
- Monitor data flow to ensure seamless integration with internal and external systems.
- Design, configure, test, and troubleshoot CRM objects of low to medium complexity.
Requirements
- Bachelor of Science (BS) in Information Systems preferred.
- 2-5 years of CRM System Administration experience, preferably with Epicor.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills, including requirement writing.
- Experience with SQL Server Management Studio and SQL Server Integration Services.
- Scripting development experience.
- Amperity CDP and SAP HANA experience preferred.
