About The Position
MyEyeDr is looking for a CRM Marketing Manager to join the Marketing team, supporting key initiatives across Ecommerce, patient retention and growing personalization capabilities. This is a collaborative role that will work closely with cross-functional partners, from Creative to Ecommerce and IT, to enhance the patient experience through the end-to-end execution of email and SMS (and sometimes automated voice and postal campaigns). Top candidates will exhibit curiosity, adaptability, project management skills, and meticulous attention to detail. The right individual for this role will be able to manage campaigns from start to finish with little oversight. Ecommerce experience is a plus.
