The CRM Operations Director is responsible for ensuring the consistent application of Design for Reliability and Manufacturing (DRM) best practices across the Cardiac Rhythm Management (CRM) Core Team Operations. This role serves as a subject matter expert on DRM, Product Development Process (PDP), and Manufacturing Transfer, while developing and implementing strategies for continuous improvement and operational excellence within the CRM Operations team. The director will lead strategic initiatives, facilitate project reviews, and coordinate the annual functional strategic plan to support the broader CRM strategy.
