About the position

As a Product Manager on the CRM & Analytics team, you will play a pivotal role in driving the evolution and delivery of CRM and analytics initiatives aimed at providing valuable client insights and delivering significant business value. This position requires you to act as a liaison between business stakeholders and implementation teams, ensuring that the platform is continuously enhanced in a collaborative, energetic, and fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for working closely with various business groups within the firm, including Equities, Fixed Income, Investment Banking, Research, and Corporate, on a wide range of projects and enhancement requests. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in business, technology, data, and analytics, along with a proven track record of building relationships with client-facing business stakeholders and users. Your responsibilities will include partnering with stakeholders to articulate objectives and requirements that enhance productivity, improve efficiency, and drive revenue. You will define, communicate, and create buy-in for completed products and projects, while also developing and prioritizing the product backlog. Ensuring that user stories and solutions align with business objectives will be a key part of your role. You will oversee the execution of projects across all phases, ensuring appropriate collaboration among all stakeholders for successful execution. Staying current on product developments and industry best practices within your domain will be essential. Additionally, you will work closely across teams to address day-to-day issues, test new features and fixes prior to release, and ensure that appropriate training is provided. Challenging the status quo by rationalizing, unifying, and simplifying business processes and design will be part of your mandate. Furthermore, managing vendor relationships and keeping abreast of new and existing products and features will be crucial to your success in this role.

Responsibilities

Requirements

  • BA/BS degree from an accredited university
  • Previous product management experience within investment banking or capital markets
  • Exceptional relationship management skills to front office stakeholders
  • Delivery focused Product Manager/Project Manager
  • Ability to lead through influence and drive results
  • Strong CRM knowledge, particularly Salesforce and/or Tier 1 CRM
  • Exceptional time management skills
  • Ability to convey project requirements to developers with attention to detail
  • Experience operating in an Agile environment
  • Experience with organizing a product backlog, planning sprints and writing detailed user stories
  • Data/Analytical skills and business intelligence experience
  • Business analysis and/or project management experience
  • Basic understanding of the UX process and experience collaborating with UX teams
