About the position

As a CRM Sales Manager at monday.com, you will lead a team dedicated to driving the success of the CRM product, which is the company's fastest-growing product line. Your role will involve building and developing a high-performing sales team, providing industry expertise, coaching, and focusing on process improvement to enhance sales effectiveness. You will be responsible for managing the full sales cycle and expanding the customer base while fostering a culture of transparency and collaboration.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage a team focused on CRM sales.
  • Build, grow, and develop a high-performing CRM sales team.
  • Provide expert-level industry and sales knowledge to the team.
  • Coach and train team members on sales processes and techniques.
  • Focus on process improvement to enhance sales effectiveness.
  • Manage the full direct sales cycle and cross-sale opportunities.
  • Establish credibility with executives through strong customer-facing skills.
  • Negotiate contracts and navigate legal discussions effectively.
  • Build strong personal relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in B2B SaaS sales management.
  • 3+ years of experience selling a CRM SaaS solution.
  • Experience in full direct sales cycle management and cross-sale expansion.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to execute on large-scale build-outs.
  • Ability to continuously expand product knowledge and stay updated on industry trends.
  • Strong adherence to process with a passion for process improvement.
  • Excellent customer-facing and presentation skills.
  • Experience in negotiating contracts and legal discussions.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills.
  • Track record of being a self-starter, results-oriented, adaptable, and inquisitive.
  • BA and/or MBA preferred or equivalent relevant work experience.

  • Partnership experience is a plus.
