About the position

The CRM Sales Product Representative at Marsh McLennan Agency (MMA) plays a crucial role in enhancing the CRM platform to meet the needs of the sales teams. This position involves collaborating with stakeholders to develop a clear product vision, prioritizing features for the IT/Development Team, and ensuring effective communication and training for sales teams regarding CRM functionalities. The representative will also lead user acceptance testing and support various CRM-related projects.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and refine the vision and strategy for MMA's CRM.
  • Prioritize product features and enhancements for the IT/Development Team.
  • Develop and maintain business process documentation for CRM enhancements.
  • Lead user acceptance testing to validate functionality meets sales organization needs.
  • Collaborate with the technical CRM team to develop stakeholder communication and training.
  • Support miscellaneous projects and initiatives related to the CRM.

Requirements

  • Knowledge of sales processes from the perspective of a salesperson.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and associated tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage timelines.
  • Articulate written and verbal communication skills.
