About the position

The CRM Support Specialist at Atlas plays a crucial role in managing and operating the Deltek VantagePoint CRM system. This position supports the Business Development team by ensuring data accuracy, providing user support, and developing reports and dashboards using PowerBI. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and passionate about leveraging data to enhance business decisions.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with the regular upkeep of the Deltek VantagePoint CRM system, including data entry, data cleanup, and regular audits to ensure accuracy.
  • Respond to user inquiries and troubleshoot basic CRM issues, escalating more complex issues to senior team members as necessary.
  • Support the CRM team in creating and updating reports and dashboards using PowerBI, ensuring data is presented accurately and clearly for decision-making.
  • Help prepare and update training materials and documentation to improve user understanding and engagement with the CRM system.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing, IT) to support CRM needs and help drive adoption of the system's tools and functionalities.
  • Regularly monitor and improve data quality by conducting data validation, de-duplication, and cleanup efforts under the guidance of the CRM leadership.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field; or equivalent experience.
  • 1-2 years of experience in an administrative, data management, or support role, working with Deltek VantagePoint CRM or similar CRM system.
  • Experience with PowerBI or similar data visualization tools, with a strong willingness to expand skills in data reporting practices.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
  • Excellent communication skills with a team-oriented mindset and eagerness to provide user support.
  • Willingness to learn CRM and data management best practices, including data integration and hygiene.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

Nice-to-haves

  • Familiarity with CRM systems, preferably Deltek VantagePoint.
  • Basic knowledge of reporting tools, such as PowerBI, Excel, or other data analysis software.
  • Interest in CRM and data management as a career path.
