About the position

The CRM Systems Specialist at KCRW is responsible for the configuration, maintenance, and optimization of the Salesforce implementation, ensuring it meets the needs of the Membership and Development teams. This role involves managing data integrity, creating reports, training staff, and streamlining processes to enhance the effectiveness of the CRM system. The specialist will also serve as the main point of contact for Salesforce-related inquiries and will work on various projects to improve the overall functionality of the CRM.

Responsibilities

• Support the configuration, maintenance, and optimization of KCRW's Salesforce implementation.
• Ensure data integrity, consistency, and uniformity through regular audits and data cleansing.
• Manage data requests, including creating reports and dashboards, and exporting constituent information.
• Serve as the main point of contact for Salesforce-related questions or issues.
• Train staff and volunteers on Salesforce usage and maintain a training manual.
• Assess additional needs and identify opportunities to streamline department processes related to the CRM.
• Manage partner relationships with external vendors.
• Perform additional tasks as required or assigned.

Requirements

• 2-3 years of experience working with a CRM and at least 1 year of data-driven reporting analytics.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce best practices and functionality, preferably with NPSP.
• Advanced Excel and Google Sheets skills.
• Detail-oriented and organized.
• Strong project management skills, experience with Monday.com preferable.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
