About The Position

Gordon Food Service takes pride in delivering seamless order processing and delivery to our customers, and our warehouse staff is the backbone of our success. As a Cross Docker, you'll be responsible for sorting, scanning, and transferring products, and you'll use a PIV and handheld scanner throughout your day. You'll be an essential part of keeping the warehouse organized and preparing products to be delivered to our customers. You'll be on your feet for the duration of your shift and you'll be lifting up to 100 pounds, but there's no experience required - we train you how to get the job done with our dedicated training team.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to work holidays, weekends, and overtime as needed.
• Ability to work in extreme cold or hot conditions.
• Must be able to read, write, and communicate in English.
• Successfully pass a drug test and background check.

Responsibilities

• Sort, scan, and transfer products.
• Use a PIV and handheld scanner throughout the day.
• Keep the warehouse organized.
• Prepare products for delivery to customers.
