About the position

The Product Marketing Lead at Gusto is a senior individual contributor role responsible for driving the strategy and execution of cross-selling Gusto's products through the accountant channel. This position plays a crucial role in the company's growth by understanding market needs, developing go-to-market strategies, and ensuring business success in a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

  • Identify unmet customer needs and develop ideal customer profiles for cross-selling products.
  • Evaluate market trends and customer feedback to support product roadmap development.
  • Articulate value propositions and messaging for Gusto's products.
  • Design go-to-market strategies that achieve leads, attach, and revenue targets.
  • Collaborate with Revenue teams to plan and execute GTM campaigns.
  • Drive strategy and performance measurements across multiple teams.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in product marketing management (PMM).
  • 8+ years of experience in driving product launch and cross-selling strategies.
  • Strong analytical skills and strategic thinking capabilities.
  • Experience using customer insights and data for market segmentation and messaging.
  • Exceptional cross-functional collaboration and leadership skills.
