About the position

As a Solutions Consultant/Program Manager in the gTech Users and Products (gUP) team, you will lead and execute organization-wide initiatives and tactical projects within the Knowledge, Information and Core (KIC) unit. Your role will focus on driving efficiency and impact for KIC and gUP by advocating for KIC initiatives, collaborating with stakeholder teams, and ensuring measurable results. You will be responsible for breaking down silos, creating standards, and best practices to enhance the user experience across Google's diverse product ecosystem.

Responsibilities

• Create project plans and execute projects involving recruitment of subject matter experts.
• Activate projects from different levels of the organization within KIC.
• Establish measurable outcomes for project success and report on them.
• Collaborate with executive stakeholders to secure buy-in and provide progress updates.
• Create cross-KIC points to support executive decision-making and influence gTech Users and Products (gUP) projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 8 years of experience in project/program management, consulting, or client-facing roles.
• Experience developing and implementing programs and processes.
• Proven ability to identify, develop, manage, and scale complex projects.
• Excellent communication skills to create compelling narratives for different audiences.
• Strong business acumen, tactical problem-solving, and presentation skills.

Nice-to-haves
