About The Position
The City of Oxnard's Police Department is seeking a part-time Crossing Guard with strong interpersonal and customer service skills. The ideal candidate will be reliable and enjoy working with children. This position is a regular, part-time position working 20 hours per week. In addition, this position may be required to be available to work additional hours in response to peaks in workloads and changes in department needs. This position is governed by the overtime provisions of the federal Fair Labor Standards Act and is eligible for overtime pay.
