About the position

The CRP Customer Service Representative at Hormel Foods Corporation is responsible for managing customer service operations related to continuous replenishment customers. This role involves coordinating replenishment forecasting, inventory management, and distribution planning while ensuring customer satisfaction. The representative must be adaptable to varying schedules, including early mornings, late evenings, and holidays, to meet business needs.

Responsibilities

• Work a flexible schedule to meet customer and department business needs, including early mornings, late evenings, and holidays.
• Coordinate replenishment forecasting, inventory management, purchase order preparation, and distribution planning for continuous replenishment customers.
• Manage customer service operations related to replenishment analysis and planning customer inventory levels based on predetermined goals.
• Occasionally travel to customer locations for training purposes.

Requirements

• Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including navigating and creating large spreadsheets with complex formulas.
• Dependability in transactional customer service requirements.
• Ability to initiate appropriate action independently and efficiently.
