About the position

The CRS Regional Operations Manager at Yancey Bros. Co. is responsible for overseeing multiple store and service managers within the Rental Division. This role emphasizes creating a safe workplace, fostering a 'Safety First' culture, and managing profit and loss performance. The manager will be tasked with developing budgets, controlling costs, and maintaining strong employee and customer relations to ensure operational excellence and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple store and service managers within the Rental Division.
• Create and maintain a safe workplace and promote a 'Safety First' culture.
• Develop and manage operating budgets and control costs.
• Build and maintain relationships with key customers in the market.
• Lead Branch Managers to achieve operational excellence in safety, quality, and resource efficiency.
• Set high hiring standards for sales and operations to improve team performance.
• Address employee and customer complaints promptly to maintain a positive work atmosphere.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution or 5+ years of industry experience including sales, leadership, and P&L responsibilities.
• Minimum of 5 years in operations management, business planning, or sales support management role.
• Experience in managing analytically rigorous corporate initiatives.
• Demonstrated success in team leadership and leader development.
