With a keen understanding of the cruise industry, you'll create and execute compelling email campaigns that resonate with our target audience, driving engagement and conversions. Your expertise will extend beyond email, collaborating on UX, paid advertising, and direct mail initiatives to deliver a seamless customer journey. In this role, you will develop and execute targeted email marketing campaigns aligned with the cruise industry's unique customer lifecycle. You will leverage marketing automation platforms to create personalized and engaging customer journeys tailored to the cruise experience. Optimizing email performance through A/B testing, data analysis, and a deep understanding of cruise industry metrics will be key to your success. You will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency and messaging alignment within the cruise industry context. Staying up-to-date on cruise industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging marketing technologies will be essential to keep our strategies fresh and effective.
