About the position

The General Manager in Training at Crumbl Cookies is responsible for assisting the General/Area Manager in overseeing operations across multiple locations in the greater Kenosha/Milwaukee area. This role focuses on managing staff, budgets, and operational strategies to ensure the growth and profitability of the stores. The ideal candidate will be a proactive leader capable of adapting to the fast-paced environment of Crumbl's marketing and product strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day operations
  • Design strategy and set goals for growth
  • Maintain budgets and optimize expenses
  • Set policies and processes
  • Ensure employees work productively and develop professionally
  • Oversee recruitment and training of new employees
  • Evaluate and improve operations and financial performance
  • Direct the employee assessment process
  • Prepare regular reports for upper management
  • Ensure staff follows health and safety regulations
  • Provide solutions to issues (e.g. profit decline, employee conflicts, loss of business to competitors)

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a General Manager or similar executive role
  • Experience in planning and budgeting
  • Knowledge of business processes and functions (finance, HR, procurement, operations, etc.)
  • Strong analytical ability
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Outstanding organizational and leadership skills
  • Problem-solving aptitude
  • Must have prior General Manager experience of at least 1 year
  • Must have a Valid Driver's License
  • Must have the ability to commute
