Responsibilities

• Promote diversity and acceptance within the club.
• Ensure members receive high-quality service and maintain clean facilities.
• Achieve financial targets as outlined in the financial plan.
• Lead, supervise, and coordinate team activities to meet member needs.
• Demonstrate knowledge of company policies and ensure brand integrity.
• Recruit, interview, and hire talented team members.
• Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve revenue targets.
• Implement marketing programs to generate new sales leads.
• Resolve customer complaints promptly and professionally.
• Ensure facility cleanliness, maintenance, safety, and security.
• Manage payroll processing and inventory of equipment parts.
• Establish expense controls and manage budgets.

Requirements

• 4 years of management experience (Required)
• 4 years of budgeting experience (Required)
• 4 years of retail sales experience (Preferred)
• 4 years of cash handling experience (Preferred)
• 4 years of merchandising experience (Preferred)
