About the position

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive crypto strategy aligned with the company's overall business objectives.
• Identify new business opportunities in the crypto space, including new products, services, and partnerships.
• Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory developments.
• Represent the company at industry events and conferences.
• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the crypto division, ensuring efficiency and compliance.
• Manage a team of crypto professionals, including traders, analysts, and developers.
• Develop and implement risk management strategies to mitigate potential risks associated with crypto investments.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations and KYC/AML requirements.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the crypto space.
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in the crypto ecosystem, including exchanges, custodians, and investors.
• Develop and execute marketing and communication strategies to promote the company's crypto products and services.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, computer science, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree in a relevant field is a plus.
• Extensive experience in the cryptocurrency industry, with a proven track record of success.
• Deep understanding of blockchain technology, crypto markets, and DeFi.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
